We are looking for a person who can do the junior clerical job in our Tokyo office.
The person will belong to Commercial Admin team.
Team is 6 people including this temp staff.
100% women environment.
Gendre, Nationality, Age, does not matter, but native level Japanese ability is a must.
3 to 5 days per week (candidate’s choice).
Basically 9:00 to 18:00 (9:00 to 17:00 can be possible if this is preferred).
Hourly rate, depends on the person’s past career and match to our needs
Hopefully can start immediately.
The job includes; copy, filing, data input, answering incoming phone, postal mail and courier package preparation, typing in some template/format (not creating from the beginning), escorting customer to a meeting room, etc
Junior High School level English is preferable but not a must.
Wishing to have “long term” contract. But firstly we would like to have 3 months contract and see if both side is happy, then, renew the contract.
