  • オフィスの運営・管理全般においてオフィス・マネージャーのサポート
  • ディレクターとマネージャーのプロジェクトサポート
  • クライアントおよびカスタマーに提出する資料の翻訳(日➔英、英➔日)
  • 出張に関わる交通、宿泊などの手配
  • プロジェクトのための市場調査などのリサーチ
  • その他、宅急便の手配、文房具の購入、スタッフやクライアントのスケジュール管理などの一般事務

About the position:

Your responsibilities will range and shall include:

  • Assisting the Office Manager in all aspects of administration and operations.
  • Supporting the directors and managers in the planning and execution of projects.
  • Language support, including translation of client/customer-facing correspondence and marketing materials.
  • Organizing staff and client travel, including booking flights, hotels, etc.
  • General research in support of the project directors and managers.
  • General administration, including post and courier, office supplies, staff and client visit schedules, etc.

Remuneration: commensurate with experience

Hours: In principle 9 – 5:30, but we can be flexible and could offer the position 10-4 for a strong candidate with responsibilities for school-age children, however end-of-month periods are most busy with closing the monthly accounts, and the Office Manager needs to be available at these times to ensure that work is completed.



  • 英語が堪能な日本人
  • パソコンスキル(Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlookなど)
  • 1~3年総務関連の実務経験
  • スピード感あるバイリンガルな環境での業務遂行可能な方

Essential Skills:

  • Native Japanese language level with a high level of fluency in English
  • Experience with MS Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Outlook
  • 1-3 years of relevant administration, research and/or general support experience
  • The ability to work and cope in a fast-moving bilingual office environment
